Interestingly, it felt like my middle sets on each exercises felt easier than the first and last. Guess it's a warm up thing?
Leglock fun continues today. I'm also covering for the Tuesday nogi instructor, so I can get into more details on the basic straight ankle lock. And most importantly, get more video. FEED THE SOCIAL MEDIA BEAST. 😎🖖
The other day we cycled from #leevalley athletics to #TowerOfLondon, put our #bikes in the #premierinn & off we went for an evening at Tony Kitous' #KenzaRestaurant followed by the #totoroshow at #TheBarbican !
I love gaming, but I also love #weightlifting!
Been back in the gym consistently for a couple months and have doubled my #legday weights, which is very nice! I was getting very close to entering some #powerlifting comps and then just totally fell off the wagon for... the entire length of the pandemic.
A healthy gamer is a happy gamer (srsly my back feels much better than it did in September lmao)
Hoping to get close to my old PRs again in 2023 - mostly the 225lb squat and deadlift!
Day Two of the 2022 Autumn #ArtemisBJJCamp was awesome! Thanks to John, Pete, Hayley and Seymour (the mighty Meerkatsu) for their great classes. 🤩
Next camp is 29th/30th April 2023, we'll also have an additional long weekend option for EVEN MORE training and activities, with Fri and Mon sessions. 😁
At the #ArtemisBJJCamp today, it was great to get in some good rolls with my @rgabucks training partner Hayley (we've both been under @capelkev for well over a decade), my good friend @meerkatsu and the excellent John Andrews. Thanks all! 🤩
